Ziggy (formerly Tristen who was pulled while on an urgent euthanasia list at a rural shelter) is doing great. He is a very smart and loyal boy. He is completely housebroken and will sit next to the door when ready to go out to do his business. He loves to play fetch, and loves all toys.

He also loves any kind of treats, and it has helped us to teach him commands like “sit” and “lay down”, which he does really good now even without treats. Originally thought to be over 2 while at the shelter, his fosters believe he is younger — perhaps one or one and a half (he still has some goofy puppy traits).

Ziggy is completely crate trained and sleeps in his crate all night without any peep. We are working on leash walking, and he enjoys his new CFP harness very much. He can get excited to meet other pups of all sizes. Per his foster family, “Ziggy is awesome, please consider meeting him!”
