ACCEPTED VS RESTRICTED DONATIONS

Accepted Donations
  • Clothing – Women’s Men’s(we need more) children and infants
  • Knick knack’s & household items
  • Furniture – gently used, no rips, stains, or tears. Antique.
  • Appliances – Fridge, Freezer, stoves, microwaves, Black or stainless steel dishwashers
  • Building materials: kitchen cabinets
  • Sports Equipment – working only!
  • Outdoor Equipment and Lawn equipment
  • Tools 
  • Large pictures and frames
  • Rugs – gently used, no rips, stains, or tears.
  • Media – Books, CD’s, tapes, VHS, DVD’s, Blu-ray
  • Jewelry
  • Electronics – working
  • Computers & Accessories
 Restricted Donations
  • No furniture with – Rips, stains, tears, or offensive smells
  • No Furniture with missing pieces (no feet, missing cushions, missing screws or bolts)
  • No sleeper sofas or furniture with slipcovers.
  • No Upright Pianos – we will not pick these up, however, they can be dropped off.
  • No Paints, chemicals, hazardous material, or propane tanks
  • No Clothing with rips, stains, or offensive smells
  • No Mattresses or boxsprings with rips or stains, it is against NC laws to sell these items in these conditions. 
  • No opened or used Toys, games, or puzzles
  • No large desk
  • No white dishwashers (We accept Black or stainless steel dishwashers)
  • No Tall TV cabinets or entertainment centers
  • No opened toys, no opened games or puzzles, or used stuffed animals
  • No chewed animal accessories or toys
  • No Food or Drinks (Human)
Prohibited Electronics Donations
  • No bread makers
  • No CRT monitors (we only accept working Flat-screen computer monitors)
  • No console TVs. (Usually wood bases)  working DLP TV’s accepted
  • No TV’s older than 5 years (Flat Screens & DLP’s, only please!)
  • No used printers
  • No used ceiling fans.
  • No Spectrum, AT&T, Verizon, Centurylink, Direct TV modems, routers, or cable boxes.
